We are passionate about building Trikes, pin striping, airbrushing, quilting, and web page design. We strive to satisfy our customer(s). All of these are creative outlets for us. We feel greatly rewarded and satisfied with many of the projects/jobs commissioned by our customers.
Therefore, wherever and whenever possible, should we see an area that we think would benefit the product, item, project, we will make any necessary changes at our discretion. This could be a matter of structural integrity of a product or, and in many cases, could be a matter of esthetics. This means, we will always use our creative freedom to bring you the best possible product that we can produce. It might mean the addition or subtraction of colors, design work, the way the product is constructed, etc.
These are things that we may not discuss with you via email or over the phone, mainly because we will be creating our products, our way. We would never want any customer to think their opinion is not valued, because it certainly is. Before you order anything from us, know that we will be creating everything that leaves the premises, our way; the way we like to build it, the way we think is best. This always works out best for everyone involved.
